Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

All products sold on Art I Flow are digital downloads only — no physical items are shipped.

• Your download link is delivered instantly after successful payment, via email and your account’s order page
• Files are provided as print-ready PDFs, which you can print at home or at any local print shop, at any size
• If you don’t receive your download link within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at artiflow0276@gmail.com

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will provide a full refund if:

• Your payment was charged but you never received a working download link, and we’re unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was advertised

To request a refund under these conditions, email artiflow0276@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Cancellations

Since delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
